What is CitCircle?+
CitCircle is a social app for finding or forming small friend groups based on shared interests, values and real plans — in your city, or wherever you travel.
Is CitCircle free?+
Yes. CitCircle is free to download and use. We may introduce optional premium features in the future, but the core experience will always be free.
Who can use CitCircle?+
CitCircle is intended for users aged 18 and over. Anyone under 18 is not permitted to create an account.
How do you keep the community safe?+
We give you granular privacy controls and enforce clear Community Guidelines. You can block or report any user or group at any time.
How do I delete my account?+
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Your profile and personal data will be permanently removed in line with our Privacy Policy.
I lost access to my account — what now?+
Email us at support@citcircle.app from the address linked to your account and we'll help you recover it.
